Welcome Fishermen & Fisherwomen

The Snapper Point Angling Club is based on the Mornington Peninsula. We are a family orientated club and the majority of Memberships are family based.

The club places strong emphasis on our  junior section and we hold regular junior activities.

Our monthly meetings take place at the Devil Bend Golf Club, 48 Loders Rd Moorooduc the last Wednesday of each month. Coffee and tea is available and the bar opens at 7.30 p.m. The meeting commences at 8 p.m. and usually finishes around 10.30 p.m., admission is free and a great supper is always provided.

Meetings usually include a guest speaker or workshops on fishing techniques, locations etc, new tackle or other fishing related topics. Most members find their catch rates increasing as their knowledge and skills improve. The fishing reports by members at each meeting are always very informative and is a great opportunity to find out where the action is.

We organise competitions through out the year, with events almost every weekend during peak times. Our competitions & excursions take us to many locations. These include Port Philip Bay,  Western Port ,  McLoughlins Beach, Portland, Lake Eildon, Western Lakes, Gippsland Lakes and rivers, various surf beaches and many other interesting fishing locations.

Snapper Point Angling Club Incorporated  has a Declared Status as a charitable organisation.

Visitors are always welcome.
